nah...
we spent easter weekend in seattle with the money's. saturday was beautiful, and it would have been a lovely drive, except that asa was not in the mood to be strapped in a car seat. i spent the better half of three hours singing at the top of my lungs.
i didn't realize that the exhausting part of being a parent would be three hours of itsty bitsy spider. just sayin' - no one really tells you that.
we had a wonderful time once we were out of the car. my sister-in-law always throws a great party - and we finally got to meet mr. money's great nephew, nathan. i know, mr. money is a great uncle! crazy.
i'll admit to giving asa way more chocolate than i should of just to avoid anymore tantrums. have i mentioned that he's throwing tantrums now? (any advice would be greatly appreciated!)
on the way home asa passed out and i got to read
this book - it was such a treat to have that much time with nothing to do but read! anyway i'm loving it so far- it's got me all excited for spring planting.
p.s. i'm bummed that i forgot the bunny ears i had asa wear his first easter. i had a vision, you know. oh well. he looked dang cute in those suspenders and grandpa sweater!
